- When is the best time to visit?
- November through April offers the best weather and atmosphere — warm days, cool evenings, and clear water. Sargassum (seaweed) season typically runs May through October and can affect beach conditions, so we plan villa, beach club, and boat day choices around it. Full moons bring some of the most magical nights in Tulum — beach gatherings, full-moon parties, and ceremonies — and we time arrivals and dinners to take advantage of them. We also factor in cultural moments like Day of the Dead (early November), Art With Me festival, equinox at Chichén Itzá, and high-energy weekends like New Year's and Easter so your trip lands on the right kind of energy for your group.
- What does a typical group trip cost per person?
- Most groups land between $2,000 and $4,500 per guest for a long weekend, depending on villa, experiences, and group size. A few things move the number meaningfully: DIY versus full-service in the villa (private chef, in-house bartender, daily housekeeping, and concierge versus self-catering), how many dinners and nights out you do versus poolside meals and in-villa drinks, and the mix of activities — boat days, cenotes, wellness, and chef experiences each carry different price points. We help you put dollars where they actually deliver, so the budget reflects what your group will remember, not just what's on the invoice.
- Is the Riviera Maya safe for group travel?
- Tulum and Playa del Carmen are well-traveled, social destinations. We brief every group on local guidance and use vetted partners for transport and venues.
- What size groups do you work with?
- Typically 6–24 guests, though we've designed weekends for as few as 4 and as many as 40.
